Dr. Phen got me in for an exam and did a same-day root canal for an infected tooth. He is efficient and personable. He was able to keep a friendly demeanor while staying professional and efficient with the work he was doing. The office is full of friendly people. When a situation arose with insurance coverage, Mary could walk me through everything and explain the complicated insurance coverage processes for someone such as myself who lacks the knowledge.
