I had a flawless experience with Joseph and his associates. Joseph, Valery, Janny, and Jenny were all a pleasure to deal with; professional, friendly and very responsive. They instilled competence and confidence. Closing on a real estate transaction causes anxiety for most people and in the end Im glad I chose this law firm because the entire transaction from start to finish was well managed and seamless.
My experience with Joseph Law was VERY disappointing. There was a lack of follow-up, and responses to my inquiries were consistently slow, causing unnecessary delays in the process. These delays not only created frustration but also resulted in additional fees!!! which might have been avoided with better communication and efficiency. It often felt like my case was not important at all, and the overall lack of professionalism made the situation much more stressful. I would not recommend their services based on my experience!
