Dr Zimmerman always listens to your concerns and makes you feel like you are heard. Not a number on the schedule
I had a shoulder injury in February that left me restless and unable to perform my work duties and home chores. Dr.Zimmerman got my PT approve in weeks when I couldn’t get in approved for months he listened and knew exactly what was going on with my shoulder. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was lost between floors I can’t see me going nowhere else for my bone and joint pain.
After having the Bassett network's "healthcare providers" drop the ball on my shoulder for almost 6 months, it was a HUGE relief to experience Albany Bone and Joint today! Unfortunately, Dr Zimmerman confirmed what I feared, my right shoulder is not repairable, but my left shoulder is, so his team scheduled it for the 1st of September, only 12 days after I first contacted them!
