The worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased a Duplex in May 2023 using Joseph P. Gilroy Real Estate as dual agent. Total nightmare. While the listing agent was responsible to facilitate the removal of some trash in the attic of one of the units, multiple items of mine were removed from the basement of the said unit without my knowledge, consent, and authorization in violation of the stipulation that was drafted by the listing agent.
