I have to say that this reverse shoulder replacement was my first major surgery ever.. heard horror stories of how bad it would be with pain after... I'm 2 weeks out of surgery hardly any pain at all.. only took pain medication every 12 hrs to just make sure it didn't start.. what a wonderful experience that I was so dreading! I'd refer Dr Burnes in a heartbeat I'm so pleased

The office staff made a clerical error that resulted in our insurance denying our claims for Dr. visits. My son was the patient and someone there inputted my husbands date of birth and social under my sons account, so insurance denied over $1K in bills. After months of calling their office and hours on the phone with Carla and Jennifer (office manager), nothing was solved, even after the promises to correct the problem. Dr. Burns is the best! I got lucky and ended up as his patient after an accident If I ever need this type of surgery again I will not hesitate to come back to him. Strongly recommend him to anyone. He looked me in the eye and said “I can fix this”. And he did.
I had full shoulder replacement surgery performed by Dr. Burns on December 11,2024. I view my surgery and recovery as a complete success. Dr. Burns and his staff were with me throughout my recovery and always available when I had questions or concerns. I was fully released from all restrictions after just nine months. I am still working on my range of motion but that will come with a little more time. I highly recommend Dr. Burns and his team for this procedure.
