His crew did an amazing job redoing our house. Quality work done right thanks again!
The workmanship is low quality, the prices are high, and he doesn't stand behind his work. The new roof his crew installed on my house is leaking. This was a tear-off and new installation all done on a Saturday and without a city building permit. He says he's "not responsible for the recent bad weather that probably caused it". A bathroom remodeling job his crew did was a mess. I had to hire another contractor to come in and correct his sloppy work and complete unfinished trim details.
Joseph of the North Shore Construction is a reliable and professional general contractor. Joseph has done two major projects for us on budget and on time. His guys show up every morning at the assigned time and clean up before they leave for the day. Joseph stops by everyday to monitor progress during a project. I recommend Joseph of the North Shore Construction.
