Front desk staff were very curtious and hrlpful.
My son and I went in for flu symptoms all within 24 hrs of getting them. We went to MedPost Urgent Care in Grosse Pointe. There were 3 people ahead of us. I kid you not- we waited 3 hours and 10 minutes for the Dr. When he finally DID make it in to our exam room, he wanted to know why we were there. (After we repeatedly had told the nurse and we input it into their system via their iPad). He did NOT wash his hands. Not even when he walked in.
