It doesn't surprise me Dibello has such bad reviews all around. His staff is rude, you can cut the tension with a knife when you walk in...that's IF you don't suffocate from all the air freshener first. Every time I've left the office I've immediately had to go home and wash my clothes and hair from the suffocating air freshener all over that cold uninviting environment they call an office. Professional, felt like Dr. DiBello didn't try to make you have the "picture perfect" image of how it would turn out in your head which I've had some plastic surgeons tell me before. He was going for "perfect" for me and I am very happy with the result.
had a consultation for an operation and scheduled a date for surgery. After seeing another surgeon for a consultation I decided to go with the latter. When I called to cancel my surgery with Dr. Dibello's staff, I was confronted with rude comments by a lady on the phone telling me I was ungrateful for their consultation services (which I paid for) and that it was making her job harder for no reason. As a male undergoing plastic surgery I was a little apprehensive at first but Dr. DiBello did great work. He spent a lot of time with me before and after surgery to make things easier. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable also.
The office staff are extremely helpful, the office itself is immaculate, and my experience and results with Dr. DiBello were great. Have recommended him to my friends and family which is my highest compliment.
