RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME. Was told appointment would take just 30 minutes when I made it. An hour and a half after my appointment time I still hasn’t been seen, and they could not give me any indication of how much longer I’d wait. I had to leave for work and was not seen. They didn’t care, were unapologetic.
Dr. My is so compassionate, empathetic and professional. His kindness is so appreciated in these times of overload in the medical world.
