I was assured that my returns would be filed within a week; however, they remain unfiled, after nearly 3 months. My repeated attempts to obtain updates via email and phone call have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and failure to complete the work in a timely manner are unacceptable. I suggest everyone look elsewhere.
