Great doctor and practice.
Dr Mishell is in our eyes, the BEST ENT you can have. My 18 year old can breathe and does not get sick 85% of the time anymore. His bedside manner is superb and is SO patient. We love him!
I recently had a tonsillectomy by Dr. Mishell at Highland Park Hospital and the procedure went well. Everything was explained properly both pre/post surgery. The bedside manner was great, the entire team was truly really nice. After my procedure I needed a refill on my prescription so I called Dr. Mishell's office to get that taken care of. I took my 91 year old Mom to see Dr Joseph Mishell and had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Joseph Mishell. We waited nearly an hour past the scheduled appointment time with no updates or apologies. When she was finally seen, Dr. Mishell displayed a terrible bedside manner—he was abrupt, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient.
