I took my 91 year old Mom to see Dr Joseph Mishell and had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Joseph Mishell. We waited nearly an hour past the scheduled appointment time with no updates or apologies. When she was finally seen, Dr. Mishell displayed a terrible bedside manner—he was abrupt, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Very good doctor and perfect treatment
Amazing experience, very personable, thorough examination. Friendly staff
He was being really rough with my sister during the physical exam of her neck and when she said he was being too rough, he threw his hands up and scoffed. Her neck actually made a snapping sound when he moved it because she was bracing her neck to be straight and he didn't ask her to turn it to the side before just snapping it into the position he wanted it to be.
