Doc answered all my questions.
Dr. Ortenberg did not even listen to my beautiful, active 91 year old mother's heart when she went for an appointment for shortness of breath. He actually told her to discontinue dialysis "because it's hard on your heart." When I informed him that Mom could not live without dialysis he started talking about DNR's, etc. I could say more about his neglect.
This is the worst Specialist I have ever been to. He is rude and acts like you should diagnosis yourself. When you are doing your best to explain what is going on he just makes smart cracks!! This man has no clue what he is doing!!!!

Dr. Ortenberg has been my cardiologist for the past twelve years. He has attended to me in the hospital and in his office and his service is exemplary. He is extremely comfortable to visit with - a wonderful communicator and listener. His staff follows his lead and each one of his staff is professional, friendly, well-trained while considerate of my time, and the doctor's. This is one doctor's appointment for which I always look forward.
