I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Single doctor office and sometimes stretched rather thin as to returning calls. Doctor is genuinely concerned for his patients, but staff has trouble following orders - thus creating delays which could cause distress in immediate care situations.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. ... read more

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud
