Long wait time once you get there.Dr. Russo rushes through appts.He is not very knowledgeable.Not very thorough.Gets annoyed when you ask questions.
On 3 consecutive appointments with Dr. Russo I waited 30 minutes to be seen. I had the first appointment in the morning but was seen second each visit. I found out that his staff double books and I was always the second patient seen each time. My appointment was a follow up and took 5 minutes. The patient seen before me was a first time patient and took 35 minutes.
