Dr. Ortiz's staff are professional & friendly. They handle requests quickly. They are very good at follow-up for appointments. Dr. Ortiz is highly knowledgeable. His assessments are deep understanding of glaucoma & its best methods for treatment. Even more he doesn't limit his prescribed treatments to medications alone.
