Very hard to get hold of them. I have not been able to get them to authorize a prescription refill for several days since they are just unresponsive. It’s crazy
I don’t know what phone system they have but they rarely answer the phone. Once they asked me to call from the car once I got there I was calling for 30 minutes and couldn’t get through. I finally walked up and they were annoyed that I walked in sick, but I had no option of letting them know I was there since they wouldn’t answer. Their hours on the phone say they’re open Saturdays until 4:30pm. But the door says they’re open until 3pm and lo and behold they weren’t open at all! I have seen both Dr. Ferguson and NP Steel, they are very thorough and actually listen. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson's since Oct 2023. The office staff and medical team I work with are fantastic. Great communication as well as treatment consults. Best Dr. in Fredericksburg.
