I met Doctor Christensen by chance when he was the doctor making rounds when my daughter was born, and I’m so glad I did. He is thorough, caring and personable. We have followed his advice to a T and I would recommend him highly.
Dr. Christensen at Northwestern refused to see my daughter because we were 10 minutes late to her appointment. We called northwestern ahead of time and let them know, and the call center said ‘it’s okay, we have a 15 minute grace period’. When we arrived, we were told that Dr. Christensen wouldn’t see us because we were late and he has a 10 min grace period.
