This doctor does not need to be caring for anyone. They lied and tried to portray me in manner that is FALSE. He up and decided because he didnt like me that he will not let me see another provider within the network he refused. The staff disrespected me, talk down to me, and treat me so rude. He then dropped be (his patient) like a used toilet paper and blackballed me from allina. He refused to refill my mental health meds until my next appointment with a new DR outside of allina. I was Dr. Bebchuk's patient for 12 years, during which he was an active partner in battling my treatment-resistant depression. He was very persistent in finding new drugs and treatment options for me to try. He understood what my tolerance was of certain things, my major concerns and fears, etc., and addressed them in his recommendations. He even called me at home on a Saturday night once because I'd had a bad episode while he was on vacation and he wanted to make sure I was OK. A great doctor!
He is very quite and looks at his computer all the time and when I have asked him questions he really doesn't answer.
