Busy day at St Luke at Brownwood. More patients than chairs in the waiting area. I disliked your new IPAD system; I prefer the paper and pencil method. Questions and statements to be acknowledged regarding billing were somewhat insulting to those of us with excellent insurance benefits. IPAD electronic signature method needs substantial improvement to be functional. Doctor LIcht and his assistant were cordial and competent. The Doctor was behind schedule, but not by much. Overall, a good visit
