I met Dr Saraceno after being hospitalized for bilateral pulmonary embolisms. I felt immediately confident in him and comforted by his kindness. He was the only Dr who took the time to show me the actual pictures of my embolisms so I had a full understanding of where and how many there were. He shared his personal story to provide further comfort in how I was feeling and subsequently sent me for a test after three months to tie up loose ends which ultimately subsided a good portion of my fears. Dr. Saraceno is a great doctor. The one star is for his staff. Had an apt 2/29 @ 8:15 arrive on time to be told "oh we left a voicemail that he is coming in at 9:45" Needless to say no voicemail or call was ever made or received. Besides getting a phone call to confirm and a text to confirm this apt. Sadly Northwell Health is getting so big that there patient care is horrible and they really don't care. Great Dr. so glad he was recommended to me. My first visit was very comfortable, he calls his patients as needed and tests he had done where there were findings of other issues. He informed my other Dr. I'm not a Dr person but very glad I have the group I have. Highly recommend. Staff is very nice.
Dr Sareceno saved my life 4 years ago his bedside manner the nurses everyone there is awesome👍
