Sabrina Hernandez is the best! – I sit down in Sabrina's chair and totally relax, because I know I can leave everything in her very capable hands and know I will walk out looking gorgeous. Fabulous style that fits my hectic life, gorgeous color and highlights. I would highly, highly, recommend her!

I agree...Kathy is fantastic! – About a month ago I got extensions put in by Kathy Babakhanyan at Joseph Lamar. Let me tell you...she is awesome! Not only is she sweet and attentive to what I wanted and my concerns, she also did a fantastic job on my glue-keratin extensions. I've had them put in before by someone else and had pieces fall out within a week. Not with Kathy...she did an excellent job putting them in. Kathy is a great stylist – Kathy makes her customers feel special, she listens to what you want, she is honest, and works with her clients to figure out what is best. I have read some of the other reviews here about other stylists in the salon, and I really don't want to comment other than to say, the group seems dedicated, wants their customers to be happy...yes...some of the services are pricey, i.e. extensions...but again, be clear what you want, and what you will receive will be of value.. anyway, thanks Kathy, I love al... read more

A truthful review – I just had a consult with Nanci Ortega for hair extensions and I scheduled a hair extension appointment with her for next week to apply the hair. A friend of mine mentioned that I should look for any reviews on Nanci and the salon before spending $2000 on hair extensions. Glad I did! It sounds like she gives everyone the same line. NAncy Ortega is the best fantastic Extensions – Nancy is truly as good as it gets for extensions I've had them done at other places for far more money for crappy jobs. She teaches others how to do extensions and her precision in placement and fullness are fantastic. My own hair has never been healthier. I've sent numerous people to her all have loved her. Worst salon experience I ever had! – A must read for anyone considering hair extensions from Nanci Ortega! Joseph Lamar Salon advertises the SO CAP COLD FUSION method but melts the bonds instead! Nanci Ortega pulled a bate and switch on me and over charged me and damaged my hair! During your consult she'll tell you she does not charge like the other stylist who charge $10 per extension instead she tells you that she charges $250 the first 25 and a additional $200 for the next 25. Ivan Montero is THE MAN – I have been a loyal customer of Ivan Montero for several years now - he and the rest of the crew at Joseph Lamar are extremely friendly. Be sure to make your desired appointments at least a couple of weeks in advance. They do welcome walk-ins, but if you know who you want, and when you want to go in, its best to make an appointment.
