Very unconcerned about action of supporting staff. Many of his supporting staff are uncaring & rude. They derive some perverse pleasure in the power they have created and abuse that power to force endless madeup hoops for patients to jump through in an effort for them to withhold prescription medications. They are completely unconcerned about additional cost they are causing or about withdrawal symptoms associated with the prescription medications.
