I am genuinely disturbed by the experience I had with your office staff, and I sincerely hope this reaches Dr. Joseph directly because this situation reflects extremely poorly on his practice. I initially spoke with Dr. Joseph himself, and he was kind, professional, and helpful. He personally provided me with the scheduling number so I could make an appointment to meet with him. I got my top 2 fully grown wisdom teeth pulled due to minor discomfort. I did x rays a month or so prior to the appointment we schedule. He had adequate time to review my x rays to see the state of my wisdom teeth. After the procedure he should me my teeth and the roots were sprawled in all different directions. The procedure was ROUGH I felt like I was in a movie just getting my teeth yanked out by a torture device. The local anesthesia was NOT ENOUGH. Dr. McQuirter is very understanding and patient. He has a sense of humor that people don’t usually get, but I enjoyed it. He gets straight to the point and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to dentistry! 5/5 stars from me!!!

I survive spinal surgery and this tooth extraction today was worse then that pain. I was numbed 3 times but I was not numb. I felt everything down through my toes even. I nearly levitated from the pain. No help from mr mcquirter. Not a lot of communication. I told him ibuprofen doesn’t work for this excruciating pain and he said too bad. So I am home In agony and he treated me like an addict which I am not. I will never go back.
