Was getting wisdom + a baby tooth yanked. Woke up on tooth #3 of 5. I just sat there while a lady kept saying 1 more minute, 1 more minute. Had to go back bc I got a dry socket which was my fault (snuff grain) but dr. K was extremely pissed or seemed to be. Either way was super unprofessional about it, although I was relieved he helped me. Worst pain ever! He was great had three extractions and was in and out in a jiffy
I couldn't have been treated nicer. Everything went smoothly, everyone was so nice. I appreciate that kind of treatment. Tooth was out before i knew it.
I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Rude.
Didn't even get to see the doc. The receptionist was down right RUDE. They accept my insurance but only on their terms not the terms of my coverage from the insurance company. After speaking to the insurance company I was told that the doc is not allowed to set their own terms. They either accept the insurance or they don't. Till I finished with the calls back and forth the doc's office made me feel like a second class citizen and not worthy of their time. If you like feeling like trash go here.
