My husband is still bleeding profusely 1 week after surgery. He received no after care instructions on paper no verbally. Whenever I or he call to complain about the bleeding we're told it is normal. He's wearing depends for the bleeding because the gauze alone won't keep the bleeding at bay. They say theres no need to go to the ER but it has to heal. I came home to blood all over the house
He's the best I would send people to him god bless him and his staff.
Dr. Frenkel is is a very good doctor. He explains what he is doing very well. Unfortunately the aftercare you recieve if you are placed on 5 South in Maryview is the worst. I can understand now why this hospital is nowhere people want to go.
I cannot thank Dr. Frenkel and his staff enough. He performed an extremely complicated surgery; yet I was back on my feet within a few weeks! Thank you Dr. Frenkel.

From fast, friendly check-in, to less than a 10 minute wait, to making sure I am completely comfortable during my exam, Ending in Dr. Frenkel’s consultation, he kindly answered all my questions and clearly explained the test results and the surgical procedure. Dr. Frenkel and his staff helped me in this difficult and scary time. I cannot say enough to properly compliment Dr. Frenkel J
I really liked Dr. Frenkel and his staff. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. My surgery went very well. I would definitely recommend him highly to a friend.
Dr. Frenkel was fantastic. He took time to answer all of my questions, and he listened to me. I have not had a surgical procedure in 37 years, and my anxiety was extreme. He took the extra time needed to put me at ease. I really appreciate him and his staff.
