Worst Doctor I've been to. He didn't follow up with my doctor, he made me wait for an hour for my appointment, which was 17 minutes long. He sent me home with a handful of prescriptions without listening to my concerns. He didn't listen to my symptoms, didn't wait for me to finished explaining my hesitation with starting meds, but then prescribed me with 4 pills when I have never taken any meds long term. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Kozak is the real deal when it comes to a Doctor. He is not in it for the money and knows what he is doing . He does not just throw pills at a patient , he rather try's to find out the root cause of a symptom before he prescribes medication so that he can simply go onto the next patient . A Doctor that takes his Hypocritic oath seriously .
The doctor is a very, very good doctor, but I left his healthcare system only because of his secretaries. Because I asked them for the contact information for the specialist he had sent me a referral to, and for about 45 days, they lied to me that the doctor would call me and give me the contact information! They should be fired for this kind of behavior! I'm very disappointed in their behavior and feel sorry for the doctor for working with such people.
