Joe doesn't like to answer calls or texts. After the contact is signed, he will not show up at the scheduled time, if at all. I used his company for a year with little issue. Then this year, the owner didn’t show up for several appointments and never called to cancel. He’s frustrating to deal with. I paid for a annual contract and asked for a refund. He sent me a unprofessional text. Do yourself a favor and stay clear unless you want to waste a lot time waiting around.
