I am an anesthesiologist, and have performed hundreds of cataract surgeries with many different ophthalmolgists. I have chosen Dr. Kierna ..n as my opthalmolgist for my upcoming cataract surgeries. .
I had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Kiernan. He did my cataract surgery. When I removed the eye patch the day after surgery I had blurry vision and many floaters. I had an appt. with Dr. Donlea, a partner in the practice. He told me I had a swollen retenia. I asked about the floaters, he said they would settle down.They never did. Six weeks later I still had floaters. Dr. Kiernan was going to laser my eye to try and remove the floaters. My vision was blurry and filled with debris. I didn't see well.
