I needed to get a nail avulsion surgery and Dr Joseph Kerr took good care of me and comforted me despite my immense fears of the pain I thought would occur. An assistant, I believe her name is April and I am sorry if I am wrong, was also in the room and both of them explained everything to me and were great at comforting me. After the needle numbed my toe, I did not feel any pain and it was really quick. It took like 5 minutes. These people truly did care about me and I felt in good hands.
Do NOT go to this Dr. if you are in any type of recovery for addiction. I went there and had a great first appointment with him. He requested my doctor for my OUD to call him. My doctor wrote him a letter that I hand delivered and faxed that explained I am able to have medication after a surgery as long as it’s not a a big script. I asked for 3-5 days of pain medication that would help me with pain. He was scared to do opiates and they unfortunately are the only thing that would help.
