Excellent customer service. Excellent in keepong appointment time, excellent in friendliness. Everyone had smiles and a very welcoming attitude. Very professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.That needs glasses or an eye exam.

I've always had good experiences with Cleveland Vision up until today ! I went to pick up my glasses and I was told I had a balance for something I said I never wanted and I specifically called in to have them send them to the lab without any upgrades . The lady who was checking me out was really rude about it and of course they act like I don't know what I am talking about . Then the other young lady who I talked to because I remember her name calls me back and states she remembers I said I wanted one upgraded . I proceeded... read more
