Absolutely love Cleveland Vision Center everyone is so warm and nice. I always leave happy
Everyone was very helpful and caring.
They told me they took my insurance just to get me in the door and after they exam me then they telll me they don’t take it smh I got all the time in the world not to mention missing money working to feed my special needs son that requires constant affection and attention by me or the care giver the I need to pay for and I can’t see to drive him to his therapist which indangers are safety just so they can get the exam money what has this work come to.
Keep in mind when an employee might mess up on the pricing they originally told you before you leave. To find out when getting the glasses at a later date, no one will tell you that the insurance is collecting a fee on top of what you will pay. Also the employee was not very helpful. Though I asked a lot of questions when choosing a pair of glasses. Wasn't satisfied with my visit.
