My PCP told me to find a surgeon (I moved but kept my PCP) where I live. When I arrived at the office, I didn't even get a chance to finish the paperwork- he had someone scheduled for surgery at the same time as my appt. He did not get my full medical history, nor did he even ask. He doubted my diagnosis (I had since 2006) and made unprofessional comments about my PCP. Luckily, I found an awesome surgeon and never went back to this guy. His behavior caused more pain and damage to my body.
Dr. Karch. spent less than 5 minutes with me.Asked me why I didn't just get surgery from the last Surgeon as I saw as if getting a second opinion was a bad thing considering the surgery is rather severe. Also stated I don't know why this appointment had to be today (same day as referral). We went upstairs from primary to make an appointment and someone had cancelled yet he acted like we must have demanded an apt that day. He showed no sympathy.He treated us like we were not worthy of his time.
