Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
