I took my watch here for a simple battery swap. They ended up breaking the watch in the process and didn’t even have the battery replacement. Then they acted like not charging me was a curtesy…why would you charge me for breaking my watch? I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before coming here. The people here are very rude and do not care about customer service. I would avoid this place at all costs.

My fiance got ripped off for a ring that is worth half the price he paid, 1 1/2 months after getting it the gem falls out. The guy refuses to except the warranty that was on the ring and denies everything. Only agreed to fix it for free after my fiance got aggressive with him.
The diamond fell out of my engagement ring. Luckily I found the diamond and it still under warranty so they fixed it. 2 days later the diamond fell out again and now I can’t find it. They obviously didn’t repair it.
