My fiance got ripped off for a ring that is worth half the price he paid, 1 1/2 months after getting it the gem falls out. The guy refuses to except the warranty that was on the ring and denies everything. Only agreed to fix it for free after my fiance got aggressive with him.
The diamond fell out of my engagement ring. Luckily I found the diamond and it still under warranty so they fixed it. 2 days later the diamond fell out again and now I can’t find it. They obviously didn’t repair it.
DO NOT BUY! ZERO RETURNS ZERO WARRANTY!
I went into this store to get my necklace and they said that it got lost. When i try reaching they didnt wanna talk. So i did a lil search on them and found out that the steal stuff from reading and sell them in New York. And what they steal at New York they sell it in Reading. There a scam.! This store its a scam!!!!! Dont do anything here!! . Shouldn’t even give them one star.
