My husband and I got my engagement ring and our wedding band sets here and they are GORGEOUS. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Wayne was who helped us and he spent so much time with us making sure we found exactly what we wanted and explaining every step of the process. Best customer service we could have asked for.

DO NOT EVER purchase from Joseph Jacobs!!! We bought my wedding set here, and it has been a complete nightmare. We’ve had to send it back 3 times to be fixed (it still isn’t right) and at this point it’s been at the jeweler more than it’s been on my finger. They also have the WORST customer service I have EVER witnessed. We have been going in circles for months now! Employees, including the owner, refuses to return our phone calls or even pick up the phone. Go somewhere else!!
