The worst location of them all, stay away from that lady named Donna at all costs. Liar, manipulator and does not care if your piece breaks at all. I've bought numerous things from here and the disrespect is out of hand. She needs to be gone immediately.
I regret to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Donna Tubman at Joseph Jacob Jewelrys Menlo Mall location. My interaction with Ms. Tubman left much to be desired, as her salesmanship and attitude fell far below acceptable standards.
