Going to Joseph Jacobs was SUCH a pleasant experience. Their selection was wonderful but the woman who helped us, Janet, is what really made our experience so memorable. She was warm and welcoming from the first second we walked in and then continued to sit with us for over an hour reviewing styles and answering questions.
