This is another post in response to Dottie Venet! I am an employee at the store and was the first employee to greet The customer. This is in response to Dottie Venet’s review…. The information Dottie is providing is incorrect. You can see in the photo second line from the bottom you must spend $500 or higher to get the $250 discount. She was upset because she thought she was getting $250 worth of free jewelry and when she was told she had to spend 500 to get 250 off, she became angry and stormed out of the store. We tried everything to accommodate her. I took this picture of her certificate in the store.

I won a $250 gift certificate for this Jewelers. I drove to the Jewelers and was told by the owner that I needed to spend $500 before he would honor the $250 gift certificate I won this at a basket party. I explained to them that it does not state that on the gift certificate and he said that is what I'm telling you spend $500 and then I'll honor the gift certificate. Very rude service and will never ever ever by anything there and will keep posting what my experience was please go elsewhere!

I had my ring resized and the structure of it is weak when I got it back there was two stones missing from that were not missing when I took it in to get resized my ring has bent it not rounded and smooth like it should safe to say I will never buy from them again
