Great people great prices and got what I need fixed fast . Definitely recommend them
I purchased a ruby ring here and was told it would be ready in two days after resizing. When I returned, I was informed it would take longer, and after several delays I had to keep following up myself. When I asked about a refund, the manager called me and spoke in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Even when I finally picked up the ring, it wasn’t presented properly until I requested a box. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store.
Honest businessman who cares about customers. Needed my ring re-dipped- he said he could send it out but if I didn’t want to wait recommend a jeweler in the mall who could do it on premise - rare to find business people who care more about customer service than sales
I will never return to this store. My fiancee unfortunately purchased my engagement ring from this place for the band of the ring to snap not even three days later. We then purchased our wedding bands through them because my fiancee insisted. The person I just encountered when I picked up my fiancee's band was beyond rude. I handed him my receipt and he actually had the audacity to ask if I had a balance.
