I paid for 2 custom pendants and chain only received 1 and when I went back to the store to pick up the 2nd pendant & chain the store was shutdown I have talked to multiple people on the phone in their customer service department which tells me to email my proof of purchase and I did that and then they stopped answering the phone for me.

Since the company went under new management, I must say that they are phenomenal to deal with.I was looking to buy a piece of jewelry with rubies (my husband's birthstone). With the exceptional help from ******** and *****, I not only found a bracelet but also a ring. I'm very satisfied with my purchases and their customer service was beyond my expectations.I've since then purchased a second ruby and diamond band and looking forward to making more purchases in the future at the ***************************** location.

This entire franchise is a massive scam, my wife bought me 2 necklaces from here that were stated to be 14k gold and after testing both necklaces they were both thickly plated copper, the least expensive metal. They are not good, complete scammers and forced people into getting their stuff and at the end of the it become a problem. They take the price tags ??? off your items and tells you that you can not return them. When in the store today to ask about an engagement ring set that I saw a today that day it was quoted 3,879 and then a few hours later. I went back to ask about it then it went up to 8,600 and that’s supposedly with the 70% off, this company is a scam<br /> <br /> <br />

Bought a diamond ring here about a year ago. Went in to get the diamond repaired because it was loose. Manager tried to sell us a warranty even though we bought a lifetime warranty a year ago. Manager says the sales rep at the time never sold warranty, lied to us, no longer works there and we could buy a two-year warranty for $199. Will never buy another ring from the store again.

I love my ring!! The staff was fantastic. I had some custom work done and it was exactly as I dreamed it would be.The price was so far below the competitors we were amazed. We will always shop at Joseph Jacob Jewelers. Thank you so much !!

Would not recommend. The manager **** is a joke, he was very rude. Orders me a bracelet, tells me it is solid after I asked multiple times, the bracelet comes in its not solid and so he tells me he will order the one I wanted. Well took almost 2 months of no call backs very rude ppl that work there and my sanity. I finally had enough who knows if he actually ordered the bracelet I wanted so I just returned it . Do not shop here
