I have comprehensive ophthalmology disease, including very dry eye., Retinol hole with repair. Very poor vision Dr Ross is a gem. He spends time with the patient instead of running in and out of the office like my previous ophthalmologist he knows his stuff. In South Carolina, I had a doctor tell me that there was a procedure he could do for my dry eye to release the oil from the lower lid, but that it would be out of pocket, that insurance doesn’t pay for it . I had an appt last year, the scheduler messed up and scheduled the appointment as an eyelid consultation where actually I wanted a cataract consultation. In any event, I did meet Dr. Ross who I felt very comfortable with. Fast-forward, I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Ross as a follow up for the cataract surgery I had at St. Luke’s and learned that an hour wait time for patients is normal for this office. Dr. Ross is good but an hour wait time is indicative of a poor scheduling process. No thanks.
Terrible service. I usually never leave reviews for anything but I’ve waited months to see the doctor and when I finally did, he just talked a whole lot of nonsense. Seems like they didn’t want to see me or help me in any way. Not sure if they’re racist or what but that’s the vibe I get from them. I will not recommend and will never return.
Extremely pleased with my experience. Dr. Ross did an upper lid Blepharoplasty and the results are amazing. Highly recommend.
