Dr Germano did an ablation procedure for me in June 2021. My experience with him and alllllll the staff at Winthrop was above my expectations. Bedside manners of all the staff from the security guard, nurses, anesthesiologist was above standard. They made me feel like a person and answered all my concerns with details and patience.
