Perhaps the most incompetent dentist practice in town. They lied about a claim that was submitted. Told me they submitted it two months ago and in fact, they did not. They never call back after trying to get procedures approved from the insurance company... I have had to call several times over the last 2 months to get updates only to find out that my file has been lost in the shuffle. Today I went in to get a cleaning and two fillings done. The cleaning went smoothly and she has an upbeat personality. I have been going to this dentist since I was 12 years old, today was the first time I have ever seen the new dentist Dr.J. It was an absolutely horrible experience! Dr.J does not take it easy on your teeth at all. Great dentists! My son had a tooth ache and asked me to take him to the dentist. He went in and told them he needed to tooth pulled as it was a baby tooth that had not fallen out. He went in and talked to the dentist and asked him to pull it as a walk in. The dentist took the time to pull his tooth.
