Very professional knowledgeable and a pleasant to be his patient
This hero saved my daughter's life. He was kind and patient, explaining all the decisions and options. He even came in on his day off to check up on her. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Ingrassia and the entire staff at Hartford Hospital.
Dr Ingrassia spent time with me answering my questions and giving me the benefit of his knowledge and experience.
Dr Ingrassia initiated the phone call on time, and while this was my first time with him, he knew my health history. His explanations of the ultrasound results clear and reassuring. He explained that if problems arise with stents, they tend to be more frequent in the earlier years and not after the period of time I've had it. Subsequently he offered to put on his calendar a note to put me in for a follow up test three years from now. Nice touch!
