Always can count on his thoroughness! Very direct. I believe that is what I want in my doctor. I go to a social club if I want a friend.
Dr. Iemma is a wonderful doctor. You can always get whatever you need in a prompt manner from his staff.
Dr Iemma is my Mother’s doctor. I have accompanied her to see Dr. Iemma and found him to be very non sympathetic when treating my elderly Mother. On a few occasions he was rude when we asked questions, and quite frankly he overlooked some very serious symptoms whereby she should have been admitted to a hospital or a rehab nursing facility. He appears to lack empathy for the elderly. I’m sorry to say.
Very poor care, no follow up. I would not recommend this Dr. This is the worst care I have received at ANY Dr office.
I simply wanted to know If I could get a letter to verify quarantining for covid contact and the phone assistant was very rude and hung up in my face after not helping me find the answer to my very simple request
