Dr. Hsu is a good physician. Never pushy, but provides solid, researched recommendations for good health. Personable, knowledgeable, with a good sense of humor to boot. I'm a very satisfied patient.
Dr Hsu was great and treated my husband well for emergent ER procedure. However, that was 2 months ago. My husband and I have made multiple calls for a follow up, and NO callbacks from the team. I personally was passed around multiple times and have not heard back. Expect good treatment in the ER, but no follow up appointment. Deeply disappointed.
90 Year Old Mother In Law needs surgery for kidney stones. Multiple calls to ASUI, no return, voice mail only. Part of medical professionalism is timely service. Not the experience we've received. Dr. Hsu may be great but if you can't schedule he's worthless.
Here's an example of what to expect. Right now I'm trying to get a hold of someone. When you call, they have a message that says they are having a problem with voicemails. So of course I decide to stay on hold and you begin at position 13 in the que. I wait for 1/2 hour to get down to position 2 in the que. All of the sudden you get connected to voicemail after waiting 1/2 hour and after they make you listen to a message that their voicemail isn't working. So you just sat on hold for absolutely nothing.
