Absolutely horrible communication from staff. They treat patients like they’re inconveniences. Dr Hormes may be the nicest guy on planet earth, but the staff doesn’t return MyChart messages or phone calls, and then when you do get someone in the office, you’re met with a snarky attitude and treated like you’re a 2 year old.
Dr. James and his staff were very professional. He looked at all the issues that I’ve had after being on chemo for a long period of time and seem to care about me as a patient not as an appointment I would recommend Dr. Hormes to anyone.
