Been going to Dr Herba for several years! Nothing but positive experiences for the whole family! Very knowledgeable, thorough, caring and takes the time to understand and care for his patients. He is truly one of a kind! We also were assisted by Rebecca who was a GM Trainee! She was very patient and very helpful selecting frames. She needs a Maui Jim eyeglass pin! Ha Ha!
A great experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival "Maddie" checked me in and took me back for preliminary tests. She was so knowledgeable and explained perfectly how the tests worked. After a few minutes I was on to Dr. Herba who I saw a few times years ago and he was awesome. He took the time to answer all my questions even though he was running a little behind. This is the first time I met Dr Herba He was great he listened to me and I felt he was very knowledgeable. Also Katlyn was very helpful with ordering the glasses and helping me pick them out. I can't wait to get them.
I have been a patient of Dr. Herba for over 20 years, he is amazing! I love the team at Shopko Optical, they are kind and friendly. Maddie is the best, she has never let me down in the question for the perfect frame! Would definitely recommend them for all your Optical needs!
