Around September 2024, I had an appointment with Dr. Ruan at Kaiser after an MRI showed I had a fistula. Despite the imaging evidence, Dr. Ruan told me that I did not have a fistula. Instead of pursuing a thorough follow-up, he performed only an anoscopy. This approach left my condition unaddressed, and I went more than a year without appropriate treatment.
