They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
