Was very curt and compassion-less on the phone. I began to cry after speaking with him. His firm was "too busy" to help me and said that his firm needed "clients that respected time issues" (whatever that means). Had an obvious inability to clearly state that he deals with liquor and lottery issues, which I would have clearly understood at the get-go.
